HAND TURNED FORMING MACHINE
The Hand turned forming machine is designed to produce candy in the shape of a "pillow" and make oriental delicacy "parvarda".
The tabletop Hand turned forming machine is an inexpensive solution for the production of caramel candies. The machine does not take up much space. For the production of sweets, no additional equipment is required.
Before being formed on the machine, the candy loaf is manually stretched into a caramel rope. To operate the machine a rope of candy is fed into the in-feed section. The handle is then turned which will rotate the cutting rollers, thus pulling the candy rope into the machine and cutting it in the same action.
The rope will be cut into the cushion shapes and coming out of the out-feed will be a chain of candies. Once cooled this chain of candies can be broken up into individual pieces.
The cutting unit consists of vertically positioned cutting rollers forming pieces of a rope (candy) 18 mm long.
The forming rollers are made of high strength food grade polymer, which is absolutely safe for use in the food industry.
The machine is easy to service and maintain.
