20 kg Batch Roller Candy machine
It is used for rolling candy loaf and giving it the shape of a conical rope necessary for further processing. Many candy lines start with this machine and it plays a key role in the making of many types of confectionery products.
The Batch Roller machine solves several problems at once: it rotates the candy loaf, heats it up, gives it a spiral pattern, maintains the required temperature of the candy loaf throughout the entire time of working with it and increases the time of working with the caramel loaf. Thus, the machine frees one worker from the need to constantly rotate the candy loaf. The batch is rolled continuously while heat is applied via an overhead heating panel. The Batch Roller machine forms a batch of candy into a conical shape or rope, which is then pulled manually or calibrated on a Rope Sizer machine into a rope of the required diameter.
The machine shafts have two rotation modes: reversible (rotation alternately in one direction and the other with an interval of 30 seconds) and rotation only in one direction.
The Batch Roller machine with the Rope Sizer machine and the Cushion Cutter machine is completed in a compact line for the production of candies. Our equipment can produce lollipops, rock candy, candy canes, stuffed sweets, pillow candy, oriental delicacies "parvarda" and more.
