CONFECTIONERY ROPE SIZER MACHINE
It is designed to pull the candy loaf coming from a Batch Roller machine into a rope and calibrate it to the required size before forming the candy. The Confectionery Rope Sizer machine for candy consists of three pairs of horizontally located calibrating rollers. Each pair of rollers has different hole diameters (35, 25, 20 mm) and different linear speeds, due to which the continuity of the flow and uniform pulling of the rope and its calibration are achieved. Guide trays are mounted in the spaces between the rollers.
The candy rope is gradually pulled out, decreasing in diameter to the size required for making candy. Modifications of the machine with a candy rope diameter at the output of 15 mm are manufactured to order.
The machine has an adjustable rotation speed to ensure the required work rate.
The machine is installed on the stand and is easy to pour with the help of wheels.
The Confectionery Rope Sizer machine in a set with a Batch Roller machine is equipped in an industrial line for the production of caramel products.
