Rock chopper machine
Rock Chopper machine is designed for cutting the caramel rope into individual candies.
Manually or on a Rope sizer machine, the caramel rope is gradually stretched, reduced in diameter to the size necessary for the manufacture of caramel products (usually 10-14 mm). Then the calibrated rope is cut into segments up to 1 meter long for easy feeding for molding. And after cooling, the caramel rope are fed into the rock chopper machine.
Cutting rollers are made to order depending on the desired length of the candies at the exit.
