Coating Drum
A coating drum is designed for coating (enveloping) drop candies, nuts, candied fruits, coffee beans, etc. while rotating and mixing the product in a rotating bowl. Sugar, sugar syrup, all types of icing, fondant masses, chocolate, etc. are used as covers.
The drum has a removable and disassemble bowl. There are three clamps around the perimeter of the bowl that make it quick and easy to disassemble.
Due to it simple design the drum is very easy to operate and maintain.
