CANDY PULLING HOOK 

It is used for manually pulling the caramel mass, giving it a satin look, saturating it with air bubbles and mixing it with prescription additives.

Pulling candy adds air to the batch and turns it white. The batch is thrown over the hook repeatedly until sufficient air is added and the desired colour is achieved.

The Candy pulling hook is made of stainless steel so it is robust, easy to clean and simple to use.

The pulling process makes the caramel better quality and more shelf stable. Pulling the caramel also turns the candy white, which can prove useful when trying to achieve particular colours.
