CANDY ROPE SIZER MACHINE
A Candy Rope Sizer machine is designed to pull the batch of candy coming from a Candy Batch Roller machine into a consistent rope and calibrate it to the required size before forming candies. The Rope Sizer machine consists of four pairs of horizontally positioned sizing rollers. Each pair of rollers has different diameters of holes (20, 16, 14, 12 mm) and different linear speeds.
The candy rope is gradually stretched, reduced in diameter to the size required for making candies (usually 12 mm).
Modifications of the machine with a diameter of a candy rope at the outlet of 10 or 8 mm are made on request.
The machine has an adjustable rotation speed to ensure the required pace of work.
The Rope Sizer machine can be equipped with a CUTTING UNIT that forms equal pieces of caramel rope of the required length (from 5 to 25 cm) for following forming of candy such as candy cane, lolipop, twisted candy, chopped candies etc.
The Rope Sizer can be supplied as a standalone unit or as part of a complete candy manufacturing production line. The Rope Sizer machine complete with the Batch Roller machine and a Cushion Cutter/Forming machine in a compact line for the production of soft and hard caramel.
