Cooling table
CANDY COOLING TABLE
The cooling table is designed for cooling various confectionery products after heat treatment.
The table is made of durable stainless steel with a water jacket on top, which effectively cools confectionery products. The table is connected to a water supply or running water, it can also be equipped with an autonomous cooler - chiller (not included in the delivery set).
The table has two options for use:
1) connect the table to the cold water flow and use it completely as a cooling table;
2) connect the table to the hot water flow and use it completely as a hot table.
The table can be either a tabletop version or installed on legs.
The table can be supplied to order in two complete sets:
1. in a tabletop version with adjustable supports;
2. in a version with legs (underframe).
