CANDY CUSHION CUTTER/FORMING MACHINE
The Cushion cutter machine is a bench top unit used for making hard and soft candies. The Cushion cutter machine produces perfectly formed cushion shaped candies. The machine can also be used to produce oriental delicacy "parvarda". The machine is designed to mold candy using cutting rollers. The Cushion cutter machine automatically cuts and shapes a rope of candy into shaped candies. The machine utilizes a continuous rotary cutting rollers which forms a candy rope into perfectly formed candies. Once it has been cut, the candy rope is then left to cool and becomes brittle, making it easy to break up into individual candy cushion pieces.
The body of the machine is manufactured from stainless steel which is hygienic and easy to clean. Besides the machine is very easy to operate.
The forming rollers are made of brass. The rotation speed of the cutting rollers is adjustable.
The Cushion cutter machine typically complete with the Batch roller and the Rope sizer machines in candy manufacturing line. Or the Cushion cutter machine can be completed only with the Batch roller machine in a compact line for the production of caramel.
