CANDY HOT TABLE
The Candy Hot Table is designed to keep the caramel warm. The caramel mass is placed on a warm table so that the caramel maintains its working temperature and does not form a solidified crust on it. The Hot Table is designed to maintain the working temperature of the caramel mass in the range of 30 - 80°C. The maximum temperature of 80°C allows you to work with caramel without the fear that it will melt.

The Hot Table is installed between the Cold Table and the Sugar Pulling machine in caramel production lines. Besides, the Hot Table particularly useful for candymakers for manufacturing more complicated products, as they may take more time to put together.
