SUGAR PULLING MACHINE FOR 10 KG
The Sugar Pulling Machine is used for pulling and and aeration the caramel mass, give it a satin look and mix it with prescription additives. In the process of pulling, the color of the caramel mass becomes whitened and the density decreases. The pulled mass is penetrated by thin air capillaries, acquires a silky appearance, becomes soft and airy. The pulling process makes the caramel better quality. The pulled candy has a longer shelf life, as it does not melt or stick during storage. In addition, the recipe additives added to the caramel are evenly distributed over the entire volume of the caramel mass when pulling.
The pulling machine is used for the manufacturing of hard candy, soft candy, parvarda etc.
Our sugar pulling machine body is manufactured from heavy-duty, cast steel construction.
It has three arms, one is stationary while the other two revolve around it. The arms are covered in nylon so the candy batch doesn’t stick to them.
The candy batch is placed in the machine and the arms pull and stretch the mass.
The machine capable of processing up to 50 kg of caramel per hour.
