DROP ROLLER CANDY MACHINE with brass rollers

The machine can be used to produce either solid single colour candies or coloured candies.

A set of brass rollers with the candy design engraved into them forms a ribbon of candy into the required shape.

The formed candy is then left to cool before the candies can be broken up, sieved and then processed further or packaged.

The machine is manufactured using an ELECTRIC or MANUAL drive.

To eliminate the sticking of the candy mass to the forming rollers, it is necessary to treat the rollers with a confectionery spray, and it is also permissible to install a cooling fan directing the air flow to the rollers.

After cooling, the formed candies are sieved in a metal sieve or dragee drum to remove the remaining layer around the candies.
