DROP ROLLER CANDY MACHINE with brass/bronze rollers

It is designed for formind candies and dragee from a layer of candy mass.

The brass rollers quickly interchangeable meaning a variety of shapes can be made on a single machine.

Our Drop roller machine are a low cost solution to producing die-formed hard candy sweets.

The machine can be used to produce either solid single colour candies or coloured candies.

A set of brass/bronze rollers with the candy design engraved into them forms a ribbon of candy into the required shape.

The formed candy is then left to cool before the candies can be broken up, sieved and then processed further or packaged.

The machine is manufactured using an ELECTRIC or MANUAL drive.

To eliminate the sticking of the candy mass to the forming rollers, it is necessary to treat the rollers with a confectionery spray, and it is also permissible to install a cooling fan directing the air flow to the rollers.

After cooling, the formed candies are sieved in a metal sieve or dragee drum to remove the remaining layer around the candies.

You can order the forming rollers with any pattern. The rollers are made of brass/bronze.
